Which size do I need to take for the boots?

We recommend to take your regular size. Only if you have a very high instep you may size up. At the product page we have a conversion table that converts European sizes to US and UK sizes. 

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item you’re interested in is sold out, you can register to be notified when your size is back in stock. Just select your desired size and a pop-up will appear where you can enter and submit your email address.

Please note that as we're slow-fashion company we do not sell large quantities and there might be a big chance that it won't be restocked. Specifically with vintage items, each item is one of a kind. However if the size is restocked, we'll send you an email to let you know. This email does not reserve the item, so if you're still interested then its best to act quickly in case it sells out again.  

What is your shipping policy? 

We offer free shipping on all orders over €150. We usually ship your order the same or next business day. During busy periods or personal circumstances there may be delays with order processing and dispatch. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us. Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Our standard shipping is PostNL and DPD.  We offer DHL Express shipping for an extra fee whereby your order wille arrive within 1-3 business  days. If you live very remote, it is 2-5 business days.

Do I have to pay customs / import duties and taxes?

All taxes are included when purchasing within Europe. However, shipping outside the European Union does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Dandelie is legally required to declare the full Euro value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

What kind of vintage do you offer?

Our vintage collection consists of clothing that were made at least 20 years ago. Vintage clothing can be haute couture or quality mainstream fashion labels; it can be used, new (from deadstock), manufactured, or handmade.
Next to vintage we also sell pre-loved items; items that are not (yet) vintage. As both pre-loved and vintage items had a life before, it may come with signs of use. As we stand for a circular economy we think these items deserve a second life. We always select the best quality and try do describe any large defaults n the product description. If you have questions about an item being vintage or pre-loved please don't hesitate to ask!

       Do you sell fur?

No we don't sell fur. All fluffy waist(coats) are made of sheep or faux fur.
