Welke maat moet ik nemen voor de laarzen?

We raden aan om je normale maat te nemen. Alleen als je een hele hoge wreef hebt mag je een maat groter nemen. Soms geven we aan dat ze klein of groot uitvallen. Dit staat dan op de product pagina! Op de productpagina hebben we een conversietabel die Europese maten omrekent naar Amerikaanse en Britse maten.

Wat als een artikel niet op voorraad is?

Als een artikel waarin je geïnteresseerd bent uitverkocht is, kun je je registreren om op de hoogte te worden gehouden wanneer je maat weer op voorraad is. Selecteer de gewenste maat en er verschijnt een pop-up waarin u uw e-mailadres kunt invoeren en verzenden.

Houd er rekening mee dat we, aangezien we een slow-fashion-bedrijf zijn, geen grote hoeveelheden verkopen en dat de kans groot is dat het niet wordt aangevuld. Het is echter - bij een aantal - laarsjes mogelijk om een pre-order te plaatsen wanneer deze niet meer op voorraad is. Let hier wel op een lange levertijd omdat deze speciaal voor jou gemaakt zullen worden. 

Zeker bij vintage items is elk item uniek in zijn soort. Als de maat echter weer op voorraad is, sturen we je een e-mail om je dit te laten weten. Deze e-mail reserveert het item niet, dus als je nog steeds geïnteresseerd bent, kun je het beste snel handelen voor het geval het weer uitverkocht is.

Wat is het verzendbeleid?

Wij bieden gratis verzending aan voor alle bestellingen boven de €285. We verzenden je bestelling meestal dezelfde of de volgende werkdag. Tijdens drukke periodes of persoonlijke omstandigheden kan er vertraging optreden bij de orderverwerking en verzending. Zodra uw bestelling is geplaatst, wordt er een bevestigingsmail naar het opgegeven e-mailadres gestuurd. Heb je de laarsjes nodig voor een bepaalde datum? Stuur ons gerust een berichtje. Als u geen bevestigingsmail ontvangt, controleer dan uw spam-map of stuur ons een e-mail. Leveringen worden verzonden tijdens standaard kantooruren van maandag tot en met vrijdag, aankopen gedaan in het weekend en op feestdagen worden de volgende werkdag verwerkt. Zodra uw bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u een verzendbevestiging en trackinggegevens via e-mail.

Onze standaard verzending is DPD en PostNL. 

Hoe onderhoud ik mijn jas of gilet van schapenvacht?

We hebben een verzorgingsgids gemaakt voor het verzorgen van uw schapenvachtproduct.

Wat voor soort vintage bieden jullie aan?

 

Onze vintage collectie bestaat uit kleding die minimaal 20 jaar geleden is gemaakt. Vintage kleding kan haute couture zijn of van mainstream modemerken van hoge kwaliteit; het kan gebruikt, nieuw (van deadstock), gefabriceerd of handgemaakt zijn.


Naast vintage verkopen we ook pre-loved items; items die (nog) niet vintage zijn. Omdat zowel pre-loved als vintage items een  eerder leven hebben gehad, kan het gebruikssporen vertonen. Omdat we staan voor een circulaire economie, vinden we dat deze items een tweede leven verdienen. We selecteren altijd de beste kwaliteit en proberen grote gebreken in de productbeschrijving te beschrijven. Als je vragen hebt over een item dat vintage of pre-loved is, aarzel dan niet om het te vragen!

Marketing & Content Intern

Location: Groningen, Netherlands

Dandelie is a sister-founded footwear brand based in Groningen, known for distinctive boots inspired by vintage design, craftsmanship, and personal style.

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to join our small creative team and support the day-to-day marketing and content around the brand. You will join our team together with another intern. We’re looking for a balance of a creative person and a more analytical person. So don’t worry if some of the tasks scare you. 

This is a hands-on internship where you’ll have the opportunity to work across social media, content creation, campaigns, influencer marketing, events, newsletters, and e-commerce.

What you’ll do

• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social channels - campaign production
• Support of the backside of the website
• Create and prepare newsletters
• Research social trends and relevant creators
• Support influencer gifting and collaborations
• Assist with events, pop-ups and brand activations
• Help analyse content performance
• Contribute ideas to the wider Dandelie marketing strategies

Who we’re looking for

You are:

• Currently studying marketing, communication, business, branding, media or a related field
• Interested in fashion, branding and social media
• Creative and visually minded
• Comfortable creating or assist with photo and video content
• Familiar with current social media trends
• Organised and able to work independently
• Proactive and comfortable sharing your own ideas
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work from our Groningen office
• Confident communicating in English

Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Shopify or photography/editing software is a plus.

Multimedia & Design Intern

We are looking for a Multimedia & Design Intern to join our small creative team and support the visual side of the brand. You will join our team together with another intern and work closely with us across photography, video, editing, graphic design and branding.

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye who enjoys working across different visual disciplines. Don’t worry if you are stronger in some areas than others. Maybe photography and video are your thing, or perhaps design and illustration come more naturally to you. What matters most is that you’re curious, creative and excited to develop your skills.

This is a hands-on internship where you’ll have the opportunity to work on social content, campaign shoots, photography, video editing, graphic design, newsletters, website visuals, events and the wider Dandelie visual identity.

What you’ll do

• Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other channels
• Film and edit Reels, TikToks and other short-form content
• Assist with campaign and product shoots
• Photograph products, outfits and behind-the-scenes moments
• Create graphics and visual assets for social media
• Support the design of newsletters and website visuals
• Create posters, flyers and materials for events and brand activations
• Work on illustrations, layouts and other brand design elements
• Create moodboards and help develop visual concepts for campaigns
