Das Leder wird von Hand zugeschnitten und geformt, jedes Motiv, das sein Wesen ausmacht, wird bestickt oder durchstochen, alle Elemente werden zusammengeführt und jedem Stiefel wird seine eigene Identität verliehen: Der Produktionsprozess jedes Stiefels besteht aus 250 Schritten, darunter die sogenannte „Goodyear-Naht“, die ein Schlüsselelement im Montageprozess darstellt und die charakteristische Widerstandsverbindung erzeugt.

Each boot is made with love and an extensive production process made up of 250 steps. Our boots are handmade using natural materials, so sometimes there may be small inconsistencies between pairs. The process includes hand cutting and moulding the leather, embroidering and piercing each motif, bringing together all the various elements to create boots with their own identity. Each pair of boots has a tracking code which is recorded to identify the boot and give it a unique identity. These boots will stay with you forever, making memories that last.

One of the key elements in the production process is the ‘Goodyear Stitching.’ The Goodyear system consists of a double stitch that joins the foot of the shoe to the sole: an internal stitch holds the upper leather to the inner sole and the welt, while an internal stitch fastens the welt to the sole.
