Jeder Clog wird mit Liebe und in einem aufwendigen Produktionsprozess mit 250 Arbeitsschritten gefertigt. Unsere Clogs werden aus Naturmaterialien handgefertigt, daher kann es vereinzelt zu kleinen Abweichungen zwischen den Paaren kommen. Der Prozess umfasst das Zuschneiden und Formen des Leders von Hand, das Sticken und Durchstechen jedes einzelnen Motivs. So entstehen einzigartige Clogs, die durch die Kombination verschiedener Elemente eine unverwechselbare Identität erhalten. Jedes Paar Clogs ist mit einem Tracking-Code versehen, der zur Identifizierung dient und jedem Paar eine individuelle Note verleiht. Eines der Schlüsselelemente im Produktionsprozess ist die „Goodyear-Naht“. Das Goodyear-System besteht aus einer Doppelnaht, die den Fuß des Schuhs mit der Sohle verbindet: Eine innere Naht hält das Oberleder an der Innensohle und dem Rahmen, während eine innere Naht den Rahmen an der Sohle befestigt.

Each boot is made with love and an extensive production process made up of 250 steps. Our boots are handmade using natural materials, so sometimes there may be small inconsistencies between pairs. The process includes hand cutting and moulding the leather, embroidering and piercing each motif, bringing together all the various elements to create boots with their own identity. Each pair of boots has a tracking code which is recorded to identify the boot and give it a unique identity. These boots will stay with you forever, making memories that last.

One of the key elements in the production process is the ‘Goodyear Stitching.’ The Goodyear system consists of a double stitch that joins the foot of the shoe to the sole: an internal stitch holds the upper leather to the inner sole and the welt, while an internal stitch fastens the welt to the sole.
